AI Search Strategy & Consulting

Turn a broad ambition to “show up in AI” into a focused plan with buyers, evidence, responsibilities and a realistic delivery scope.

At a glance

AI search strategy helps your team choose a defensible first investment and understand what would justify the next one. TANTU AI connects a defined buyer and offer with the questions, evidence, pages and operating capacity needed to support them. The output is a set of choices and an executable plan: what to prioritize, what to defer, who owns each dependency and how progress will be reviewed. It can guide your existing team or a separately scoped managed program without assuming that broader visibility automatically creates commercially useful demand.

Make the commercial choices explicit

Start with a buyer you can serve, an offer you can explain and a market where the next action is workable. A manufacturer seeking export quotations needs a different content path from a SaaS company seeking product demos or a franchise brand recruiting operators.

The strategy should state what an inquiry must contain to be useful. This requirement changes the questions we prioritize, the evidence we collect and the destination pages we build. Broad visibility has little operating value when the team cannot qualify or follow up the response.

Rank opportunities against four inputs

A practical prioritization discussion
InputQuestionEvidence
Commercial fitDoes this reader match an offer we can deliver?Sales criteria and delivery coverage
Decision valueCould answering this remove a purchase obstacle?Sales questions and buyer interviews
Evidence readinessCan we support the answer now?Approved product material and subject expert
Execution capacityCan we publish and maintain the page?Review owner, access and content allowance

These inputs guide judgment rather than pretending to be measured search volume. Keyword candidates remain hypotheses until target-market data and sales feedback support them.

What the strategy engagement produces

  • A defined audience, offer and first-market scope.
  • A question and keyword map grouped by customer decision.
  • A canonical page map showing updates, new pages and consolidations.
  • An evidence backlog with named client review responsibilities.
  • A measurement specification and a sales-feedback process.
  • A phased implementation plan with acceptance criteria.

Deliverables are sized to the engagement. The diagnostic is a focused entry point; a cross-market architecture project, executive workshop series or extensive research program requires a separate proposal.

Use the first 90 days to establish an operating system

First, establish the baseline and resolve conflicting facts. Next, publish the priority buying pages and repair the inquiry path. Then collect repeat observations and sales feedback to decide whether to deepen the first market or broaden the scope.

Dependencies belong in the plan: missing product data, review delays, platform access and website permissions can change the sequence. A schedule is a delivery plan, not a promise of search inclusion or a date by which sales will arrive.

Agree who can make each decision

The commercial sponsor chooses the target buyer and approves the offer. Subject experts approve facts. The website owner approves technical changes. The sales owner receives and classifies inquiries. TANTU AI coordinates the agreed research, content, evidence and review work.

Start by sharing your priority market, website and most important commercial constraint. We can then decide whether a standalone diagnostic, a consulting scope or a 365-day managed program is the appropriate next step.

Compare three real investment choices

A strategy discussion should consider improving the current market, expanding into another defined segment, and deferring production while resolving a fundamental dependency. Evaluate each option against buyer relevance, available evidence, execution capacity and the ability to receive useful inquiries. Document the assumptions that would have to be true for each option to work; an unexplained score should not replace the reasoning.

For an illustrative exporter, one market may have strong product evidence but no qualified inquiry owner, while another has an established response process and unanswered procurement questions. The second could be the more practical starting point even if the first appears larger. Alternatively, the immediate work may be to establish the response process before expanding content. The decision record should explain what evidence would change the choice, preventing the initial plan from becoming an automatic commitment to an unsuitable market.

Define a decision gate before adding scope

Agree what must be in place before moving to the next stage: approved facts, published priority pages, a usable inquiry path and enough comparable observations or sales feedback to assess the next question. These are readiness and learning conditions, not promised performance thresholds. If inputs remain incomplete, narrow the task or resolve the dependency before commissioning a larger program.

For a handoff to your existing team, every priority should specify the buyer decision, intended page or asset, source material, implementation owner and acceptance check. Mark assumptions separately from confirmed facts and identify which choices need a commercial sponsor. The plan is ready when another responsible team can act on it without guessing what “improve AI visibility” means. A subsequent review can then retain, revise or stop a workstream based on the evidence and operating capacity actually available.

Common questions

Can you advise our existing marketing team?

Yes. Responsibilities can be divided between your team and TANTU AI, with an explicit approval and implementation process.

Do you provide a guaranteed traffic forecast?

No. We can organize assumptions and scenarios when data is available, but we do not turn unvalidated keywords or sampled AI answers into guaranteed demand.
