Not sure where to start? AI Search Diagnostic — $990

15 questions · 3 platforms · 1 market · 1 language. A baseline and action plan delivered within 10 business days after complete inputs.

Start with a diagnostic

One-time diagnostic. Managed programs run for 365 days; monthly amounts show the service-fee schedule, not a month-to-month cancellation plan. Taxes are additional where applicable. Enterprise scope and final fees require a proposal.

Questions, content units and updates are total allowances across the included markets, not repeated allowances for each country. Platform coverage depends on agreed market availability and permitted access. Unavailable observations are reported separately rather than counted as brand absence.

Scope matters

Know exactly what
you are buying.

Your proposal names the market, language, platforms, content formats and approval responsibilities before work begins.

What counts as a content unit?

One original page or article in one agreed language, up to 1,200 English words or an agreed local-language equivalent, including research, editing and one consolidated revision. Translation into another language counts as another unit. Design, video production and complex development are separately scoped.

What does setup include?

Kickoff, access review, brand evidence intake, question-map configuration, baseline sampling and a prioritized backlog. The diagnostic is optional and is not automatically charged or credited against setup.

Does outreach mean a guaranteed publication?

No. An outreach attempt means a documented, relevant pitch to an approved source. Publishers decide whether to respond or publish. Paid placements, sponsorships and third-party fees require separate approval and are not included.

Can I add a country or language?

Yes, through a change request defining additional questions, native-language review, source research and delivery capacity. New market fees are quoted against that scope rather than treated as a translation-only add-on.

Are results guaranteed?

No service can guarantee a fixed AI answer, a recommendation, a ranking or sales. We commit to the agreed work, measurement method and reporting cadence. Results depend on your market, evidence, website, competitors and platform changes.

How are payment and renewal handled?

The program length is 365 days with 12 monthly service invoices and a one-time setup fee. Cancellation, tax treatment, payment method, renewal and any changes are specified in the signed agreement. The website does not accept payment or activate a subscription.

Make the budget decision with the scope in view

Compare the full 365-day commitment, content allowances and implementation responsibilities. Read our GEO budget planning guide for setup fees, totals and common scope questions. A standalone SEO audit or development project is quoted separately after reviewing its requirements.

Planning for all six countries?

Growth includes one market; Scale includes two; the Enterprise starting scope includes three. A six-country program requires a separately confirmed scope and quote. Questions, languages and content units remain total program allowances.

Read the six-country budget guide or discuss a tailored regional proposal.

Decision summary

Choose a plan you can put to work. The right scope depends on your markets, languages, approval capacity and the number of commercially important pages that need attention. Compare the whole 365-day commitment and program allowances, then confirm implementation responsibilities and additional costs in the proposal.

Check your delivery capacity before increasing volume

A larger content allowance only helps if product experts can provide facts and reviewers can approve pages. Estimate your monthly capacity to review new drafts, verify updates and implement technical changes. Where approval capacity is limited, prioritize fewer high-value decisions instead of commissioning a queue of unfinished work.

  • Name the person approving product and commercial facts.
  • Identify who can publish website changes and fix template issues.
  • Allocate markets and languages across the total program allowance.
  • Agree how unused, blocked or substituted work is handled in the contract.

Turn the price comparison into a scope comparison

Illustrative planning example: a two-market business may want English service pages plus localized product explanations. Treat each language version as a separate content unit, then reserve capacity for updates to existing pages. The number of markets alone does not describe that workload.

Before signing, reconcile the proposal with the published plan: total questions, platform interfaces, observation schedule, new content, updates, outreach, revisions and review time. Scope changes need an agreed price and acceptance criteria; they should not be hidden inside a monthly report.

Discuss your growth plan

Before you commit

Request a written statement of work showing the full service and setup fees, applicable taxes, third-party costs, payment dates, cancellation or refund conditions and renewal arrangement. Online inquiries do not place an order, take payment or start a renewal. Mandatory local rights remain applicable.
