Website privacy notice
Who is responsible
TANTU AI and TantuGrowth.com are operated by Tantu (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd. (滩途(上海)信息科技有限公司), the controller of information collected through this website. Our address is Room 1812-181, Suhe No. 1, 638 Hengfeng Road, Jing’an District, Shanghai, China.
For a privacy question, call +86 139 1805 6045 (Shanghai, UTC+8), write to the address above marked “Privacy request”, or submit a privacy request. These are the operator’s privacy contact channels. This notice covers website inquiries; an engagement may require a separate data-processing agreement.
What we collect and why
For a business inquiry we ask for your name, reply email, company, target market, service interest and message. A website address, target country, preferred language and timing are optional. The page from which you open the form may be included to explain the inquiry context. Information comes from your submission and that on-site link.
We use it to answer the request, assess a possible engagement and keep a record of the discussion. We record the submission time, a request identifier and the notice version. Privacy requests require a reply name, email and request description; business details are not required.
We process limited technical information for delivery and abuse prevention. Temporary salted network-address digests are used in application memory for short-term rate limiting; they are not saved with inquiry records. Infrastructure access logs may contain network addresses. A digest is not a promise of anonymity.
Your choice and the basis for handling a request
Business inquiry processing is based on your request and the consent you give using the unticked form checkbox. Where applicable law permits another basis, necessary pre-contract steps, legal obligations and proportionate security interests may also apply. We do not assume one legal basis works in every country.
You can choose not to submit. Without the required reply details and message we cannot handle an online request. Optional fields can be left blank. Withdrawing consent may prevent further handling that depends on it, but does not undo prior lawful processing or override a separate legal retention duty.
You do not need to consent to marketing or to future sales processing to exercise a privacy right. The privacy-request option does not require the business inquiry consent checkbox.
Access, service providers and cross-border handling
Our team handles inquiries from Shanghai, China. The website and inquiry records are hosted on infrastructure operated or contracted by our company. Hosting and technical support providers may process information for delivery, security and storage. Processing may take place outside your country; we do not promise storage exclusively in any target market. Contact us for the hosting arrangements relevant to your inquiry.
Access is limited to people handling the request and providers supporting that service. A disclosure may also be necessary to meet a legal obligation or protect legal rights. We do not sell inquiry information or publish it as a client example. We do not use this form to send your message to an AI model for a generated reply.
Before sending material subject to a location restriction or transfer condition, contact us to agree the permitted arrangement. Mandatory transfer safeguards, assessments or other local requirements still apply; checking a consent box does not replace them. Do not send restricted customer records through this public form.
How long information is kept
An inquiry is kept while a response, related discussion or agreed engagement needs it. When that purpose ends, the record must be deleted or de-identified unless an applicable legal obligation or a documented dispute requires continued retention. Contract and accounting records may have a different required period. The 365-day service term is not an automatic retention period for every inquiry.
Staff review inquiry retention; there is no automatic deletion timer for inquiry content. You can request a review at any time. Authorized staff can delete a record from the active database. Backups and infrastructure logs follow separate retention and access arrangements; deletion from the active database does not immediately erase a backup.
Access, correction, withdrawal and complaints
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access or a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent or an objection to a use. Use the privacy contact channels above; include your previous TG reference if you have it. We may ask for proportionate verification and explain any lawful reason a request cannot be fulfilled. Do not attach an identity document or password to the initial request.
You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority, including Singapore’s PDPC, Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Commissioner, Thailand’s PDPC or the Philippines’ National Privacy Commission, where relevant. Applicable rights and response periods follow the governing local rules; this notice does not waive them.
No automatic marketing subscription
Sending an inquiry does not enrol you in a newsletter, advertising audience or unrelated promotional campaign. Follow-up should concern your request. This site does not collect marketing opt-in or sell contact lists. Any future promotional campaign needs its own applicable permission and an effective way to stop it.
Business use and sensitive information
This site is intended for business representatives. Do not provide children’s information, identity documents, financial account details, passwords, health information or confidential customer records. No payment card information is collected here. If such material is needed for a later project, agree a separate secure process first.
Online submission and local downloads
An online success message means the inquiry was stored and gives you a reference. It does not create a service contract or guarantee that a response has already been sent. “Download a brief instead” creates a file on your device and does not send its contents to us. Online submission is disabled in the offline copy.
Notice version and language
Notice version: 2026-09-17-java-v1. Updated 17 September 2026. The server records the current notice version with a submitted request. If the notice changes while the form is open, reload it before submitting.
The English and Bahasa Melayu versions below describe the same website process. Local mandatory rights apply regardless of language. Other language market pages identify that the inquiry form is in English; a language preference does not guarantee a team member fluent in that language.
