Practical answers about starting and operating an AI growth engagement.

What does TANTU AI do?

We connect AI search strategy, brand knowledge, content, source development and measurement in a clearly scoped growth service.

Who is the service for?

Businesses improving discovery in an existing market, Chinese brands entering overseas markets and agencies adding an AI growth capability.

Where should we start?

A $990 diagnostic offers a focused baseline for one market and language. A managed program is suitable when the business is ready for ongoing production and review.

What is included in the managed plans?

Growth, Scale and Enterprise define allowances for markets, languages, questions, platforms, content, updates and outreach. The pricing page explains how these allowances are counted.

How long is the service period?

365 days with 12 monthly service invoices and a separate setup fee. Exact payment, cancellation and renewal provisions are set in the signed agreement.

Can we use an existing website?

Yes. We can work with your existing website and team. Access, implementation responsibilities and any development work are scoped before delivery.

Can you work in multiple languages?

Yes, where the required research and qualified language review can be supported. Each additional language is a delivery commitment and must be included in scope.

What will you need from us?

A clear offer, target market, approved business facts, relevant access and a named person who can review and approve work.

Do you guarantee a ranking or recommendation?

No. We commit to the agreed service work and reporting method. AI platforms control their answers and visibility varies.

How do agency partnerships work?

Referral, co-delivery and scoped white-label arrangements can be discussed. Account ownership, responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed separately.

Will submitting the form subscribe me to email marketing?

No. The inquiry consent covers responding to the request. This release does not include a marketing subscription flow.

How are online inquiries handled?

Successful submission stores the request and displays a reference. The optional download creates a local copy and does not send it. Final service scope and scheduling are confirmed through a subsequent discussion.

Decision summary

The most useful questions concern scope, responsibilities and what happens after the first report. TANTU AI offers defined SEO, GEO and growth operations work. Before accepting an engagement, we agree markets, languages, platform interfaces, deliverables, approval owners and how findings will become implemented changes.

What if we have very little usable content?

Begin with a small set of approved company and product facts. Your team does not need a finished knowledge base, but someone must be able to verify the offer, service limits and specifications. The initial backlog should distinguish missing evidence from missing writing.

If the company cannot support a claim, rewriting it more confidently will not solve the problem. Use a narrower supported statement or leave the claim out until the relevant evidence is available.

What if our developer or reviewer is unavailable?

Record the dependency and choose work that can proceed without it, such as source reconciliation or research. Agree a revised delivery sequence instead of marking blocked implementation as completed. A backlog review should show what is waiting, who can release it and what impact the delay has on the next measurement.

At handover, request editable deliverables, published URLs, question definitions, source records and the status of open tasks in the agreed formats. Access credentials and client data follow the contract’s ownership and security arrangements.
