Build a coordinated regional program.

Country and language workstreams can start together. Confirm product evidence, review resources and a sales owner for each scope. A six-country project requires a tailored proposal; the published plan limits remain unchanged.

Decision summary

A market plan starts with what customers can buy and how you will support them. Select the countries where the offer, evidence, language review and inquiry response are ready. Share product knowledge across markets, while keeping country-specific availability and buyer requirements explicit.

Build a country page only when it answers a distinct decision

A country page deserves its own place when it explains material differences such as service coverage, support arrangements, purchasing steps or market-specific use cases. A page that only replaces a country name adds little for a buyer. Shared technical explanations can remain on a single useful page linked from each relevant market.

  • Shared: product capabilities, company identity and approved technical evidence.
  • Country-specific: available offer, scope, delivery arrangements and inquiry owner.
  • Language-specific: terminology, full-page meaning and the next communication step.

Use readiness to sequence the work

Assess each market against four practical questions: Can the offer be supplied? Are its claims approved? Can someone review the content? Can the team respond to a suitable inquiry? A gap becomes an assigned task rather than a reason to publish assumptions.

For simultaneous workstreams, keep one dependency list and a separate release decision for each page. This allows research and production to proceed together while preventing an unfinished translation or unavailable offer from being promoted as ready.
